Meet The RJ Ramos Construction and Electrical Co Team
Randy Ramos
Role: Company President
What I do in my free time: I enjoy activities like going to the gym, watching sports, hanging out with the family, trying to play golf, cooking big weekend meals for friends and family, and reading when I have the time.
What gets me up in the morning: My Family is my biggest motivator to get up and tackle each day. I also dedicate my work to my late mother, Maria Gonzalez. Without her my family would not be what it is today.
Antonio Ramos-Crosier
Role: Project Engineer
What I do in my free time: I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Hiking, biking, and cooking are always on my weekly agenda.
What gets me up in the morning: My family and community in Portland are some of the people who motivate me daily. I also owe a great deal of gratitude to my Grandmother and Mom, who taught me the importance of working hard and appreciating what I have.
Lori Trammel
Role: Human Resources Administrator
What I do in my free time: I love going on adventures with my family and exploring new places. Spending time with my grandkids—playing, drawing, and learning new things together—is a true joy. I also enjoy connecting with friends for tea, calls and meetups. I cherish these moments of laughter and conversation.
What gets me up in the morning: Life itself—my husband, family, friends, faith, and music. I begin and end the day with a few quiet moments shared with my husband, which grounds me before facing whatever comes next. I like to start with a plan and enjoy the satisfaction of achieving my goals. Beyond that, my focus is on making memories and having fun with family and friends.
Amanda Towsley
Role: Controller
What I do in my free time: In my free time, I enjoy activities that keep me closely connected with family, friends, and the outdoors. Spending quality time with my family is a priority, whether that means hosting gatherings, cooking meals together, or simply sharing everyday moments. I also enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, and camping, which give me the chance to unwind and return to work with a clear mindset.
These personal interests not only provide enjoyment, but they also reflect the same values that motivate me professionally: building strong relationships, creating meaningful experiences, and appreciating both progress and balance in life.
What gets me up in the morning: Knowing that I have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference—for my family and for my team. My family is my foundation and my greatest motivation. They remind me why hard work, dedication, and growth matter. I wake each day anticipating what the new day will bring. I look forward to helping my team achieve their goals, and I take great pride in the progress they have made over the last few years. It inspires me to continue investing in their growth, providing support, and celebrating their successes.
Balancing family and team gives me purpose. Both remind me that the effort I put in today builds a
stronger tomorrow—for the people I care most about at home and for the people I lead and support at work.

What I do in my free time: For fun, I really enjoy spending time with my three kids — whether that’s taking them to the park, doing little weekend adventures, or just being present for those everyday moments. Outside of family time, I like staying active and exploring new places to eat around town. For me, fun is about connection, learning, and creating experiences, and I find that keeps me refreshed and motivated in my work as well.
What gets me up in the morning: What gets me up in the morning is the opportunity to take on challenges that create real impact. I enjoy seeing a project move from an idea to a completed result, and knowing that my effort helped make that possible. I’m motivated by problem-solving, collaboration, and the sense of accomplishment that comes from delivering quality work. Each day, I look forward to contributing in a way that moves the team and the organization closer to its goals, while also continuing to grow personally and professionally. I love working with people, and each day there’s a new challenge or a new thing that the project team is faced with. This line of work is never dull and never predictable to a tee, and that keeps me energized.
