Randy Ramos

Role: Company President

What I do in my free time: I enjoy spending time with my wife and sons. We all enjoy cooking and spending time outdoors.

What gets me up in the morning: My Family is my biggest motivator to get up and tackle each day. I also dedicate my work to my late mother, Maria Gonzalez. Without her, my family would not be what it is today.

Antonio Ramos-Crosier

Role: Project Engineer

What I do in my free time: I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Backpacking, biking, and cooking are always on my weekly agendas.

What gets me up in the morning: I am determined to solve problems and to help uplift our incoming generation of workers and thinkers.

Lori Trammel

Role: Human Resources Administrator

What I do in my free time: I like to go on adventures with my family to visit new places. I also like to play, draw, read, and learn new things with my grandkids.

What gets me up in the morning: Life -- Husband, family, friends, God, and music. The anticipation of it all. My husband and I start (and end) each day with a few minutes together. Then we hit the ground rolling. I like to have a plan for the day, take on challenges and have the satisfaction of completing my goals. Then go and have fun with family, friends and especially the grandkids.

Jess Tucker

Role: Accounting Specialist

What I do in my free time: I enjoy spending my time taking my kids out on new adventures to explore. I love to read, go to concerts, the coast, or just binge watch the True Crime Documentaries.

What gets me up in the morning: Usually, my kids. I've been blessed with great kids and an amazing job, I just want to enjoy it, and live life to the fullest while I still have the time.

Amanda Towsley

Role: Financial Controller

What I do in my free time: I enjoy spending time with family, camping, fishing, cooking, going on adventures, and taking care of our dogs and chickens.

What gets me up in the morning: Anticipating what the new day will bring. I look forward to helping my team achieve their goals. I take great pride in the progress my team has made over the last few years and look forward to helping them continue to grow.

Yessica Hernandez

Role: Digital Media Liaison

What I do in my free time: In my free time, you will most likely find me at a soccer field watching my son play our favorite sport. On Sunday mornings I like to go hiking with a couple of friends, exploring all the beautiful sceneries the Northwest has.

What gets me up in the morning: My everyday motivation is my son. He is the reason behind everything I do. I want to be an example to him of how hard work pays off. Seeing him live a joyful life with no worries just being a kid makes it all worth it. My biggest motivator was my father, who passed away 3 years ago. I want to honor his memory by being the best I can be just like he was till his last day. Working at RJ Ramos Construction and Electrical Co for the past 6 years has taught me a lot, there is always something new to learn.
